And it is not. Not at 800, not even at 733.
The typical ETA for those parts and systems
is 01/00 or 02/00, even at Dell, if you are
paying attention to the reality.

Judging from available inventory levels and
systems sold in retail,
the peak bin frequency for P-III does not
exceed 600MHz, and the flood of "mobile"
P-III at 500 seems to be the same slow
parts but re-qualified to operate at lower
core voltage.
