Goutama, Need a reseller certificate number? Go to a local shop and see what their number looks like. Then make up a number that looks similar and apply to the site. Unless there is a check sum fake catcher or an online database to the state tax zone you should be OK.
Use "GSK Computers" as your name. You should be able to do this with many places. They usually only want details of other sources if you want credit. cash account OK.
Of course, do not use this faked number to actually buy goods tax free, unless you obtained an out of state tax number, that is tax fraud.
