I am not talking reorganization I'm talking complete bankruptcy such that the stock no longer has any value. The poster is implying that the stock is worthless. In chapter 11 there may be value assigned to it by the market and thus I would agree, if chapter 11. Chapter 13 dissolution is what the poster implies.
