Jim,
Thanks. I've been watching for about a week now, but this press release will have me watching longer now (instead of buying). I didn't invest before becuase of too many posts on SI and RB about share dumping, etc. Good luck to those invested, I hope this audit helps in the long run. DRat.

Forensic Audit Ordered for New Cinema Partners

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The volatility of the share price of New Cinema Partners (OTC Bulletin
Board: NCPP - news) was such that an investment group headed by Frank Guido of Toronto, Canada has had management
step aside pending a forensic audit as to the paid and fully assessed status of shares in float.

Mr. Guido will act as interim president and, accordingly, has arranged bridge financing to enable the company to retain legal
and accounting professionals.

Similarly, the professionals, in addition to the forensic audit, will attempt to preserve assets and realistically confront the viability
of the on-going business.

Predicated on the outcome of these reviews, Mr. Guido will seek appropriate remedies consistent with the findings.
