you said it Ken..I have begun wondering when this board will turn into an UFO sighting official site.. the thing that scares me is I wonder if some are disappointed that the world hasn't fallen apart..because they wanted their own portfolios to perform I don't know if you read the article posted by Average Joe written by Reich in 1998..but the article seems to show the big picture.. If this economy is being driven by the stock market- the fundamentals are flawed big time.. the powerful deflationary influences of the internet are really going to be interesting to watch..wonder how many middle men jobs are going to be totalled.. also I am waiting to see from corporate earnings if the preparation for the millenium bug with all the upgrades of systems etc will leave the bottom line of many of those companies who serviced the corporations not so great..also all those programmers who were involved in remediation are probably learning new skills now and will probably be flooding technical market which should also reduce salary pressures..but again i have no idea of how many programmers and systems people were involved in the needed fixes.. interesting times now.. also probably a lot more money will flow to Europe..I just bet a lot of money was held back until they made sure that Europeans had did remediation on their systems for y2k and Euro..
