Backdoor play- LDP/Extensity(EXTN)

IPO date expected week of Jan 24.

Berkeley International Capital Corp did $8mln of financing in August. This will translate into 1.33mln shares (7.7%) of the common upon IPO. Should be a nice ipo. (BICC is a wholly owned Venture funding arm of LDP)

Lead underwriter is Deutsche Bank Alex Brown
