Hal,

How would you obtain a list of all the email addresses of all of our QCharts users? Do you know how? How can you assume it is an easy task? It is not, unfortunately.

The point I was trying to make is that before we send a global email like that, we must be sure of the details of
problem and solutions, and what impact a work-around has on the servers. For instance, if we tell everyone to go to mtnview-r08 because that is working the best, then that will slam the server, and essentially shut it down. {I've seen that happen, and it's not pretty.}

You are right though... it should be easy, and that is what we are working on developing. Once a new process is in place to perform that function, then we will be one big step forward in raising the bar for Quote.com/Client communication.
