Congrats on starting your own thread, Puff. Kimmie's thread has just gotten out of control.
For anyone interested in the infrastructure buildout sector, take a look at International Fibercom. This is sorta the "Rodney Dangerfield" of the buildout industry. They've aquired enough companies to be a "one-stop" for the CATV/Broadband/Telephone/Wireless industries, with plain construction, design/build, consultant (construction QA), and sales of both new & used equipment.
Revenue growth through the last reported quarter (sept)was 82% (Q/Q), with a contract backlog of $89-1/2M (!!). Since then, they've signed consulting agreements (QA personnel)with both WCOM & Qwest (buildout support), and a $32M construction contract for wireless...not towers, but the specialty market of wireless in "hard to reach" spots, like subways & the new High-speed east coast Amtrak service.
Technically, while I'm no Stan, the stock today bounced off it's 50-day moving average, and has had hammers for the preceding two days after a pull-back from substantially higher values.
Puff, I hope this is the kind of info you're looking for on this thread. If not, please, let me know
