Morgan Kent owns 43.7 percent..Jerry Combs CEO and chairman of BND board of directors and Morgan Kent owns 7.4 percent of company shares.giving them (Morgan Kent+ Jerry combs) controling interest..Morgan has been selling small amounts but now has stepped up its selling program to over 100,000 shares at the last wack..This is keeping the share price down to the common shareholders and is another reason why IMHO we as shareholders get no annual shareholders report..Take a look at their latest filing on DEc. 22..They actually had to give up some 100,000 shares due to a foreclosure where shares were apparently used as collateral..Can't say I understand all their manipulations as they are pretty close to the chest..But I think the share price could be higher..
