When analyst issued strong buy @ US$9.6 based on the Nov 15 old Xinhua ISP deal news, price target 6-12 month is about $15, 12+ months target could exceed $30. Less than 2 months later, NWLL today is trading @ 35! The XinHua ISP deal of yesterday is only a more detail version of Nov old news, nothing new.
