WASHINGTON, Jan 4 (Reuters) - Senior executives at Oracle Corp. <ORCL.O> plan to sell more than $112 million worth of stock in the world's biggest database software maker, Securities and Exchange Commission filings showed. There was no immediate comment from Oracle, which is headquartered in Redwood City, Calif. President and Chief Operating Officer Raymond Lane filed to sell 618,750 common shares worth about $59.4 million, while Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey Henley plans to sell 300,000 shares valued at more than $28.9 million. Lane has been president and COO since July 1996 and Henley has been CFO and an executive vice president since March 1991. Both men are in their 50s. Others who plan to sell shares include executive VPs Pier Carlo Falotti (175,000 shares worth about $17 million) and Gary Bloom (50,000 shares for more than $4.8 million). In addition, Daniel Cooperman, Oracle's general counsel and senior vice president, filed to sell 22,370 shares for more than $2.1 million.
