One thing I've never been clear about, with all the talk of how the Q could have been bought out a year ago. Didn't they have a "poison pill" in effect, that would have prevented a hostile take over?

And, as far as being voluntarily bought out is concerned, I don't think Irwin & Co., would have done that. So, how could Q have been bought out before now?
