Happy New Millenium to you too! Well, here's the update. The final "Investor Prospectus/Listing Quality" business plan has been promised, in Final Copy, to Jim by the end of this week. The notice for the special shareholder's meeting will not go out until after he has that - in hand. Because of advance notice requirements for such a meeting, do NOT expect the meeting to be any earlier than 45 days or so. The business itself appears to be working ahead though, in the interim. Ron Jensen did a big seminar series for Amway recently, which was a big success. That would be great, if they could get a volume business out of Amway. Whether you like them or not, they are big and they generate cash. I am told DD side of the equation is working well, they like what they see and are progressing with every intention to complete. I hope this helps. I know it doesn't answer everything, but we will have more answers in the relatively near future. Salut, Leigh McBain
