Salim,

<<i really believe that the selling due to a new found problem Amati is encountering which shareholders are not privy to...otherwise, why did they wait to sell at 13 and lower levels(8-9) ..if the selling was just cashing in fringe benefits that they could have gotten at 15 and higher levels! just my take on it!>>

A couple of questions:

1. Would you have felt better if they sold at $15 and then the stock had dropped to $8? You still would have lost your money, but in that situation you may have a better case for a lawsuit. That's why I believe the sales at around 8 or 9 are insignificant.

2. If you really believe that they have technology problems and that we will see $2 (previous two posts) why not short this sucker and get your lost money back.

You speculated when you bought this stock in the first place thinking that the price will go up, and now you are speculating that the stock price is going down to $2. Until you have concrete evidence I think you should drop all these unfound allegations and unsupported predictions or put your money where you mouth is.

Regards

Adam
