Anthony, thanks for the info. re: reverse split of AGTI. This is the old ploy of making the stock eligible for NASDAQ listing or upgrading it from a penny stock perception in the hopes investors not familiar with the stock will be now interested in it. I agree with your assessment that a reverse split, whatever the reason, seldom bodes well for the stock price and therefore the stockholders usually suffer. Others with experience, or opinions, please add your thoughts. As I once mentioned, AGTI was good to me so I shall continue to watch it with interest. Thanks again. K
