Covered half of this POS @ 30 1/4. Keep my other half to cover @ low teens.

Chinese top 3 content providers, SINA (Chinese and English), SOHU and NETEASE, none owned by XinHua. Top ISP, ShangHai-Online, BeiJing-Online are all well established.

Please do your research b4 holding this dog. Low teens are the max value for a company w/ a big plan, where many local Chinese net companies w/ US funds and techs already have their own large audiences.
