Well, my first shareholders' meeting. Take-home lessons for me included: SGS and Sony (and soon LSI) are to be watched closely re DVD decoder mkt share. Cube mkt share for big DVD names is currently speculative, until (if) major players adopt Cube silicon instead of/alongside in-house solns. 1998 (?) is a crucial time for setting DTV standards. I need convincing that an ESS-style raid can't happen again in DVD. I'm left with the feeling that Divi will be steadily more important. Got to meet AB briefly. Impressive fellow. Holds his cards awful tight. Is Cube agile enough to meet the next big (curently unclear) challenge? Long&scared. Alex
