<I don't see how we are going to attract top people into these government posts when things like accountability of every little thing is required of these people whereas in private industry its a free-for-all.> Its been so long since I've posted that I forget the means by which someone else's text is set apart from my own, ah well.. Pardon me for sticking my nose in to this conversation but I still have a large smile on my face after reading that government employees are burdened with so much accountability. If you only new... By the way, your picture on your web site also brought a smile to my face, you are lovely to look at. Pardon my sexist remark should you be inclined to find offence with that remark. Being a government employee the only real accountability that worries me is the potential of offending others. Well at least when we think others are looking or listening <g>
