John,

Can you share with me the company you are watching, the one that alphabetically falls between the two we've discussed? Curiosity is killing this cat :o)

It appears institutionalized investors are going to make us enjoy scenario #2 for their benefit, nice how they pump and prime the market yesterday first to manufacture the proper level of enthusiasm before they unload their full broadside volleys.

People, HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR, INSTITUTIONS LIE AND CHEAT IN ORDER TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. If you are not dumb enough to give it to them on your own, they WILL MANUFACTURE THE NECESSARY CONDITIONS TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE THEIR LIES.

I cannot stess enough, if you want TRUTH, then read, re-read, and absorb every bit of information in this post from John, until you can recite it verbatim.

I have read this post 5 times, and it is currently taped to my rolltop desk, so I am forced to read it each time before I even open it up to begin my day investing. YOU YOURSELF are the ONLY REAL TRUTH MECHANISM you can rely on on a consistent basis. Besides yourself, it is ALL hearsay, all of it.

Here is some truth as I've come to know it. Analists and institutionalized investors benefit MOST by creating uncertainty. If you know they lied all the time, you could simply tack the opposite tack of where they are going and benefit. If they always told the truth, you could simply follow their lead and also benefit.

However, in the middle of truth and lies is the land of uncertainty. Which way do I go, who do I trust, should I sell or buy, where can I get reliable opinion, does the market already account for upcoming events? All these questions illustrate the condition they WANT YOU TO FEEL, which is UNCERTAINTY.

Uncertain people look for answers, it is human nature to want to, to NEED to understand. Given an absense of alternatives, where do investors naturally turn? Mutual funds, and all the glory contained within "the promised land". This is exactly what they want you to do.

Why? Because then they can take your money, leverage it, and pay you pennies on the dollar for the massive sums of money THEY make with YOUR hard earned money. Do you feel happy with the 20% returns promised by mutual funds; if so, then DO NOT look at what they make in return by leveraging your money, it will make you sick.

When you don't behave, and you try and invest your money yourself, then they punish you by jacking the price until the proper level of FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) has been manufactured. At the exact moment you should be buying, many investors capitulate and give in, releasing the stock institutionalized investors are ASSUREDLY buying right from underneath you.

And, right when they have maximized their profit on a run, they profess in full glory the rosy and bright future of a stock, as they dump their shares on you at an intermediate top. Repeat, et cetera, ad nauseum, play it again, do it again, they like it, they like it. I MEAN THAT, you can say whatever you want, I KNOW THIS TO BE FACT.

I'm preaching nothing here, just offering opinion for one simple reason: every individual investor is an underdog, David fighting Goliath, and I LOVE THE UNDERDOG. The Big Boys can kiss my %$*^#$#, I HATE LIARS, especially when they do so to their own benefit.

My conclusion? THE LIARS will drive the price of SMTC down to the 100 dma, whence weak individual investors will once again capitulate and cough up shares on the cheap, so once again The Big Boys can do their dance, make their quota, and snicker and laugh in the back rooms, telling themselves how smart they are. The sixth grader that tells the first grader to hand over his lunch money is NOT smart ... is he?

My recommendation? Longs hold on, you will have your reward soon enough at $75, you're just going to have to wait. Longs with cash in hand, wait and STOCK UP at the 100 dma, you're the BIG winner. Unsure new investors, wait and let THE LIARS tell you it cannot possible get any worse, then jump in right at that point (which will magically coorelate with the 100 dma, isn't that funny?)

Here is a post I will share, look at the dates, and reference the charts mentioned, it will help illustrate my point.

I'm fortunate to have been booted out of the house at 18, forced to grow up on my own, forced to think for myself, out of necessity become self-employed at 26, and by 30 smart enough to see through all the smoke and mirrors. I encourage all investors to trust themselves alone, the rest REALLY IS ALL HEARSAY.

In case someone made it this far, I offer up the diamond in the rough: CHARTS WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING. They contain the past, they tell you about the present, and they reveal the future. All information, public and private, is built into each and every chart. If you do one thing to better prepare yourself, I would tell you to study chart after chart, learing each and every time the hidden messages contained within. Best to all, and to all a good night :o)

Regards, JB
