St. Matthew ch.26 v.26 - And whilst they were at supper, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke: and gave to his disciples, and said: Take ye and eat. This is my body. St. Mark ch.14 v.22 - And whilst they were eating, Jesus took bread; and blessing, broke, and gave to them, and said: Take ye. This is my body. St. Luke ch.22 v.19 - And taking bread, he gave thanks, and broke; and gave to them, saying: This is my body which is given for you. Do this for a commemoration of me. Are you sure trusting in flesh for salvation is a waste?
