Today was a good breather day and will encourage folks to buy on the dip

That has always been the case since the individual got into the market.
Assuming there was tax selling, i would be willing to bet those same people will jump in quickly since that is the known pattern. I am not sure there were real sellers. I still don't feel that individuals are exiting this market.

Once we see a rally tomorrow or the next day, the positive momentum will begin, IMHO.
