FG...you and Truthseeker will say anything and twist the facts to meet your own agenda. You dont see Truthseeker posting anymore on TNRG or TIPS Raging Bull board. The reason is he was proved to be a liar and twister of facts. Your no better than he is by posting these links and commentary that paint a false picture. All stocks go up and down....question is does TIPS have long term potential and tangible prospects. Recent PR's suggest it does especially being in the China Internet Sector. No one should buy based on T A P's posts, and I doubt many do, but should do their own research. And nobody should listen to your and Truthseekers diluted posts that are based on past info on the shell BRIA by which TIPS went public 4/9/99.
