Dude, This is exactly the reason why the price is so depressed and I should keep on buying it. The debt load is very reasonable comparing to industrial average. The extra expenses in acquisition should be absorbed in no time. This company is a small money press. I do not see any bad sign at all...at least at this point. Their news releases were as humble as they could be since I started following it. This is one of very very few companies actually tune down their achievement. I will not be surprised to see it double in 12-24 months. Good luck. Sincerely, Wade
