A year is early for the battery to be going out, but I've seen it happen before. My bro's battery is going out on his as well, and it's about a year old as well.

Do us a favor Tim, wait until a Saturday before changing the battery. Don't want to risk your trading computer being dead w/o some time to fix it!

Indeed if it starts loosing time bad, you ought to replace it right away. You could lose your system settings which, as mentioned before, can be a pain to setup. Remember, to not take more than a couple minutes to change the battery.
