You have been right on the money to date, but Management sends a mixed message at best when officers and directors sell big while also "supporting" the stock price.

I might miss a major move up, but I believe that a wise strategy is a sell stop just below current support (mine is at $105). My shares are in a Roth, so I don't mind buying back in at a lower price.
