Well, if you listen to CEO Fuller's interview you come away with the feeling that he fully intends to significantly enhance INPR shareholder value. There are various ways to get that done: execute a well-designed business strategy or merge with a strategic partner that has similar goals. So, I guess there is a "kernel of truth" in the rumor.

But, more importantly, RHAT needs INPR more than INPR needs RHAT, if RHAT wants to support its stock price.
