V, I agree with you re "if you can't tell me why the market is down, it won't stay down long". And, the current 'bond yield' is not the reason, imo, because I have done a study that shows THE MARKET ALWAYS PROSPERS 'LONG TERM' WHEN THE 'PRIME RATE' IS BELOW 10%. dc
