Frank, did Tobin really tell you Amber Securities owed Ziasun $210,000 or were you lying?

This morning, I called Mr. Tobin, ZiaSun's President ....
Mr. Tobin who was in Hong Kong, is the President of ZiaSun and I did manage to speak with him regarding this subject. I asked him if there was still any connection between ZiaSun and Amber Securities? He replied "absolutely not".
He also said that Momentum Internet Inc., a ZiaSun subsidiary, was in the process of taking legal action against Amber Securities to recover US$ 210,000 in fees owing.

In my conversation with Mr. Tobin earlier on, I asked him about the similarities of these two pages. He said that the similarity on the first page and other pages is because World Trade Financial (formerly Amber Securities) had "borrowed" some graphics and layouts from the Swiftrade website, without permission or consultation.
Mr. Tobin said that the similarity with the login page is because both West America and World Trade clear their leads through a respected clearing house in San Francisco and the login page comes from their system. He also said that the London and Hong Kong services soon to be launched on Swiftrade would operate with systems developed by Momentum Internet which is a ZiaSun subsidiary.

Interesting news ...
I called my new friend at Momentum, the web guy I met recently at a party in Hong Kong, to ask him if he had heard anything about the case against the SSBs. He was a bit cagey, but said that he had heard one of the directors saying that Zsun was considering a settlement with two of the defendents, but not with the rest of them.
He said he heard that the company had been gathering evidence against all of them and had been able to get copies of some of their trading records. Not sure exactly what he meant as he didn't want to tell me more saying he was only telling me what he'd picked up around the office. He's a web developer, not in management. But he did also day he'd heard that the company had obtained some damaging evidence against a broking firm in LA and their HK agents who were involved in shorting the stock. Couldn't get any more info today because of the typhoon here.

IMPORTANT READING ...
I called the Momentum/ZiaSun office in Hong Kong and spoke to Mr Tobin this morning. I asked him about the possibility of a large number of shares coming into the market next month, as is being suggested by some bashers on this board.
Mr Tobin said that this is just an attempt by the bashers to panic investors. He said that all senior managers were committed to the company for the long-term, and assured me that there would be no wholesale dumping of shares in October or any time in the future.
