DJ, And they say size doesn't matter.

That's easy to say when it's as big as yours...your rate of return, that is. gg Like you, I'm counting on my returns to fund college for my kids. I hope I can be as successful.

Leaps are new to me, but it sounds like a great way to invest. Berney has been guiding me, and I'm setting up an account to experiment. One stock that looks attractive right now is FNM. Not a real glitzy company, admittedly, but the financial are certainly beaten down right now. It seems like every time there is a rate increase expected they get discounted up front, so that by the time the increase finally gets here their price goes up. Any thoughts on this? And is there any sector which you favor for leaps, or do you try to spread them around to representation in all sectors?

Again, congratulations!
