Elmer, there you go with your fudd again.

I make this simple, here is how it works:

Analyst are estimating the earnings to be $X, the company reports $Y,

If X>Y, then company has missed the estimates
If X=Y, then company has met the estimates
If X<Y, then Company has beat the estimates

This is what it means, I do not make the rules!

Now you can spin it any way you want and reply with junks, but it will not change the fact that Intel has "missed" the past two quarters.
