Land development in USA has been reinitiated since 1997. Automobile economy has just been revived 1999, when 16.5 million cars and trucks per year were the limit of our economy. Year 2000, project 17 million cars and trucks maybe build. This production expansion will be the first time that new plants will be built by American big three manufacturers. Ship yards are now just being upgraded. Quincy ship yards has an order of two tankers. The yard is in extensive remodeling to handle the new orders.
America is now into rebuilding heavy industries for exports around the world. Reconstruction concept of Marshall plan for Europe after second world war is a model, which started with steel mills upgraded for building ships and building concrete skyscrapers using steel I beams.
Export business will not be using WTO; which can never unify the specifications between nations. We have to use sister city relationships to target city by city for export. Congress has to approve new consulate budgets for sister cities around the world. GM and other exporters have to have sale offices in every city around the world. This is export business that we never had. We will have it now.
