Hi GST,

w/all due respect, isn't it a little early to be drawing such strong conclusions about "what the market is telling" us? I mean, most of the stronger stocks I follow haven't even closed below their momo moving averages, let alone tested any more significant levels. I'm not saying they won't, btw. I just don't have a clue what will happen, yet, and have found that trying to be early isn't a very high-percentage trading play.

FWIW, I'm watching some of the low-float stocks which looked an awful lot like they were being marked up by mutual fund managers hoping to join the 100% club at the end of last year. (cf RETK, which more than doubled after one of its underwriters initiated positive coverage; imo pretty blatant example of momo types seizing any excuse to wreak havoc w/a low-float stock) If they hold/bounce around where they started their last push upward, I'm guessing you'll have to wait a while longer for your "hairball"...

best of luck,

Ganesh
