oil prices ARE going to come down, even with Iran cutting back on production even more - the winter has been too warm in the Atlantic states, those which are the highest consumers of heating oil. This is going to lead or has already led to excess inventories and this the prices will fall. And if heating oil goes down so will other fuels thereby reducing inflationary pressures on prices.

As we learned during the Arab Oil Embargo years ago the cost of fuel fuels price inflation on virtually all other commodities and products and therefore services as well. Out here in California the winter has been exceedingly mild, thanks to La Nina.
