Steve, read ILNK's latest 10-K on Edgar:
sec.gov
Search for "EXHIBIT 10(JJ)", which is ILNK's marketing agreement with WealthNet. Also, take a look a exhibit 10(KK) which terminates the previous agreement between FTI and WealthNet. As a settlement, FTI PAYS $165,000 to WealthNet. The document doesn't explain why FTI is paying rather than receiving, but it's my understanding that WealthNet has not been completely happy with FTI's services.

Also, while you're browsing the 10-K, try to count how many new shares must be issued if all of the convertables, warrants, and options are exercised. To accomodate all of these new shares, the number of shares authorized will be increased to 50 million.
