August, I'm sorry you can't get the 6.5 download from WOW. However, I'd be quite happy today if I had not wasted all that time downloading my version. It's a piece of junk and is totally useless as it won't read data beyond 12/31/99. Furthermore, I seriously doubt they will do a damn thing about it. Ken
