Well, with Corel now trading at a four-year low, StockSmart shows the number of shares outstanding at 27,942,000 which would imply a MC/Sales ratio of something like .37 rather than the .8 you calculated. Either this is the bargain of the decade or it's headed for receivership. If Corel insiders aren't buying with both fists at this point, one wonders whether they ever will. Are their Canadian sources equivalent to the SEC which track insider buying at Canadian corporations?
