Keith, thanks for updating my WDN post with correct buyout figures. I see now where I overlooked a small (but important!) clause in the original news announcement that said "less certain adjustments estimated to be $5 million in the aggregate to be allocated among all stockholders."

Deal still appeals to me if it can close soon.
