Hi Sparky,

I guess you've explained why the share is dropping-- the volatility scares investors out of their holdings, thereby setting off a vicious circle. Warren Buffet's comment was to note the reaction of the average housewife to a dramatic fall in the price of bread; they buy more.

If you regard buying shares as a 'purchase' rather than an investment, you would only buy shares at a price you are comfortable with; and only after very thorough analysis of the business. I was comfortable buying WIND at some $30 (average, split adjusted) and so $20 is a total bargain; nothing fundamental has changed from my original analysis. How has your perspective changed between now and your original purchase? Perhaps you have become convinced by Mark's peculiar share-valuation techniques? Are you selling ALL your shares on this basis?

To me, WIND is the same company that I invested in 3 months ago, except that evidence has appeared to indicate that they are taking market share from INTS. It is now also cheaper to buy, and if I had any money I would.

I am genuinely curious about what changed for you, perhaps by email if you don't want to post them?

Richard
