NWLL HALTED BY NAZ FOR TRADE VIOLATION...

Here's the link to the halt, note the reason for the halt H11....

nasdaqtrader.com

Now look at what H11 means...

"H.11 Halt - Regulatory Suspension/Cease Trader Order (Trading is halted by the NASD due to a regulatory violation.) "

nasdaqtrader.com

And to make matters worse... NWLL is being promoted by a notorious scumbag, shill Ray Dirks of Security Capital Trading (see this story)...

finance.news.com.au

Here's a little story about the NWLL promoter Ray Dirks....

westergaard.com:8080/Opinion/dirks9729.htm

Note Ray Dirks was a analyst previously working for the notorious scumbag promoter John Westerfraud...

You remember PLSIA? Westerfraud promoted it before I caused it to be halted for 6 months while the company admitted they cooked the books, while their auditor quit and pulled their opinion on past audits, and while they admitted as I claimed, they had a crap a product they could not sell. Pure comedy. Westerfraud promotes the worst crap companies on the net. Generally promoting companies that in turn are selling stock to the public because they're broke - JUST LIKE NWLL!!!

I personally outted Westergaard as a paid promoter, which the SEC now forces him to disclose. Pure comedy...

NWLL looks like one stinky Pump 'n Dump IMO... BUYER BEWARE
