thanks for opening this thread...I am a bit confused of what I have been reading lately about the IPO...as I understood is that shareholder of CITN that where registered in July 98..would get as a spinoff dividend 15% of the IPO..then there was a stock split of 4:1 of HWTO shares...I owned before July 98 4000 shares of CITN..meaning I had a dividend of 600shares of the IPO..then the 4:1 split ..makes it 2400 shares ...can anybody verify my assumption or has the whole game changed??
