Sounds like NWLL was involutarily halted in Austrailia, probably for something irregular in their public disclosure. They are probably in some kind of predicament and need to get the attys and regulators to sort it out before it reopens. Thats my hunch. Australians have high standards regarding disclosure etc. Maybe it was suggested to NWLL that they explain things or get suspended. Apparently they are electing to explain things. Waiting for three days is alot of explaining. Those two trades which were cancelled at 19 and 20 at 8:51 this morning were perhaps indicators of where things are headed.
