John, the problem with the 3 RIMM configuration at the time as I recall was rather vague. The RAM was "loosing" data. Someone said that it was due to overheating. But nothing official came out. I tend to believe that it was an overheating problem, as in the meantime INTC has dropped RMBS in mobile applications. This could of course change with Samsungs 0,17 micron process Alan
