As Tommy says, PnF is an art not a science. You have to mold all these things together. In a way the market decline with interest rate worries is a good thing because (from what I understand), having a market soar whilst the interest rates do the same is a bad combination. However, I don't understand the techs being hit because they are not interest rate sensitive. I'm sure I'm missing something because nothing is that simple.
