Racman,

NYBellboy is correct. I am not the only long-termer here.... Anyway, in order to be listed on the Nasdaq, your company must have, among other things, a minimum bid price of $1 a share. As we were trading below that for a substantial amount of time...and because we had been warned by the Nasdaq that we were not in compliance and in danger of being delisted...ESAF decided to reverse split. Hope this helps.
