Although SCII's technology sounds promising, they have some very strong competition with Microsoft and Quallacom. The 2 formed a joint venture a year ago (Wireless Knowledge)(soon to be an IPO) to pursue wireless data, voice, streaming video and sound. Considering the technology and resources that both of these companies can bring to the table, where does SCII offer an advantage?
