On the selloff we have seen in the last 2 days in techs----it provides tech fund managers a great opportunity to reallocate funds in their portfolios. Right now JDSU has not gotten nearly the exposure QCOM has. I think the opportunity has been there for the reallocation. Notice that JDSU is at its close of last about 161. Wow!

IMHO, that exposure will really start when it becomes a member of the S and P 500. I can't understand why they are waiting so long----i have already talked about that and won't go into details again.
However, it does provide the opportunity for managers to buy this stock in anticipation of the addition--and potential Yahoo like gains when that company was added.

Speculation and fundamentals are going to be at work with stock!! The S and P thing is just too obvious, at least to me.
