Short term RSI says this spot right here (3800) on the COMP is a critical spot today. The "traditional" chart looks like it is forming a flat topped pennant, which is bullish, but it looks deceptive to me... the SPX needs to go up right now and close above 1400 today. If that doesn't happen this afternoon, and the COMP closes below 3800, it would not be a good sign IMHO. BTW, check the 5 minute bar on AMZN. Interesting!
