OT Tom, Misery loves company! My problem is I'll be out on the street if I don't find one soon (ie, I'll have to get a rental). I don't want to move twice. I know about the stress. Watching VECO plummet 60% was easy compared to buying a house and moving. Throw in to little boys who want your 100% attention, and it is stress city. Gotta look for houses.. Bye Mark
