Thanks Cooters, my fund is a proprietary fund, i.e. not a public fund. Funded by less than 35 investors we are pretty much exempt from all of the disclosure type regs most public funds deal with. We are a "Hedge Fund" in nature (as much as a misnomer that is today) and are not loyal to the long or short side. We are primarily involved in "Bandwidth" and internet infrastructure type companies on the long side and secondary "dot.com" type companies on the short side. We also have taken a number of "venture capital" type positions in private pre-IPO deals. In addition to all this we also from time-to-time have positions in the currency, interest rate and commodity markets. I would say our philosophy is "If it moves, we trade it."
