I think that you and the "gang who can't shoot straight" from down at El Molino's corner table will have a hard time buying a community bowl of frijoles after your finished with this lawsuit. There's an inside expression in the legal profession you should find comforting: "You might beat the rap, but you won't beat the ride." Comprende?

You are just going to love the personal questions the plaintiffs' attorneys will pose to you and the "gang who can't shoot straight". Defense of RICO is a specialty in the legal field; experienced RICO defense attorneys are very expensive.

Remember "pattern of activity". Do you think that all of you qualify? I guess we might look to your postings on other boards and other stocks to determine that. I know that I would if I were a plaintiff attorney. Another strategy that I might employ would be to non-suit a very cooperative defendant that could provide me with conclusive proof against his/her former co-defendants. I bet some plaintiff attorney will agree with my judgment. I suspect that "conspiracy" has been or will be part of the allegations in this suit. It is indeed difficult to defend against this particular allegation. The barest of corroborative testimony is sometimes all it takes to secure a verdict.
